Naturally Inspired Garden Design is a sole trader business owned and operated by Tom Winter. We provide garden design, planting, irrigation and garden services across North and West London.
Tom Winter is the data controller for the purposes of the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Your data is stored and processed using the following software, all of which is GDPR-compliant:
- Jobber — CRM and invoicing platform
- Xero — accounting software
We will only share your information with other third parties if you have given us explicit permission to do so, or where we are required to do so by law.
6. How long we keep your data
We keep your personal data only for as long as necessary:
- Client records (including invoices and project details) are retained for 7 years in line with HMRC requirements
- Enquiries that do not result in a booking are deleted after 12 months
After these periods, your data is securely deleted.

Under UK GDPR, you have the following rights:
- The right to access the personal data we hold about you
- The right to correct any inaccurate data
- The right to request deletion of your data (subject to legal obligations)
- The right to restrict or object to processing
- The right to data portability

Our website (naturallygd.com) is hosted on Squarespace and may use cookies for essential site functionality and analytics. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal data. All software we use is compliant with UK data protection requirements. Where data is transmitted electronically, it is protected by industry-standard encryption.
